This wand may look cool, but it was designed to rip people off. Easily broked, unbalanced, and shoddy customer service. As a prior customer service rep I have countless horror stories about how I was instructed not to actually help people with their issues but rather offer free swag or 15% discounts instead of replacing faulty products.
